just used them for the first time after many recomendations from here, only ordered today and delivery is promised within 2 working days, just thought i`d say i`m Very impressed so far, very keen prices (cheepest i`ve seen online & only just beaten by the computer fair) and Superb customer services, i got my order confirmation/reciept within 5 minutes and when i asked a couple of questions via email (after the order was placed) i got an answer within 20 minutes both time AND THATS ON A SUNDAY :o anyhoo, i`ll let you know what i think when everything arrives :)

SVP are excellent - used them quite a few times.

If you get the odd faulty disc from SVP, be aware that its customer service is absolutely fantastic! Freepost address to send back to, recorded delivery replacements, fast and friendly service! SVP, my personal favourite. :D

I`ll second all this about SVP - great company. Could do with the services of a decent database web designer though - their site is pretty messy.

not looking good :( just opened the box and thers at least 2 items wrong, i`ll post again when i`ve gone through it properly.

EDIT= righto, just those 2 items wrong, they sent 8-way cases instead of 10-way & the wrong ink for my dads printer (sent colour instaed of black, + it`s the wrong type for his printer) i`m not particularly worried, these things happen & the other stuff is excellent + the delivery was super fast & well packed. i`ll let you know how i go on :)

once again the speed of svp`s response to emails is simply astounding, i,ve had a conversation with two of the sales guy`s (so fast it`s almost realtime) and they told me to keep the stuff they sent wrong & are sending the correct goods out tommorrow at no cost to me :o very very happy with the service, and if anyone wants two cannon colour carts ( C4 on svp`s site) let me know & i`ll post em out to you :) they`re no good to me, so i`d rather someone got some use out of em :) http://www.blankdiscshop.co.uk/acatalog/Canon_S100.html

the replacement items have just arrived, very happy :D

Just had to use their customer service and it is excellent. I emailed them about 10:30pm informing them that some DVD cases they delivered were the wrong ones. They emailed me back less than 30 minutes later saying that I could keep the ones they delivered and they`d post the correct ones out to me.

Outstanding service SVP - other retailers should take note, this is how customer service is supposed to be like.

A new addition to the range of DJ style disc storage cases.


This case can store up to 420 discs, but the difference between this case and the other DJ cases in our range is that each indexed sleeve contains pockets for a DVD booklet in the front and two discs in the back, specifically designed for storing DVD`s which often come with two discs.


The strong metallic finish case holds strong plastic indexed sleeves (indexed from 1-210, sleeves are included) which will keep a large collection of discs safe and organised.


Please note: For DVD discs only, this case will not store DVD cases or covers.

i`ve allready got 2 & i reckon i`ll need at least 1 more after the one i just ordered (& that should "just" take care of all my original dvd`s, not including any dvd-r`s)
