Has anyone had problems with Techtronics lately?I ordered a Sony DVD recorder about a month ago and it still hasnt come.Tried to ring them today but no bugger answered.Im going to give them a week and if it aint come by then,they can poke it and I will take my custom elsewhere thank you very much.

Well I hope it bloody works when it arrives, because if not, boy will you have problems.
My Panasonuc DVD Recorder didn`t, after two weeks waiting for it. They took a week to decide it was faulty (30 secs to plug it in and confirm the DVD drawer would not open !!!) and two weeks after it went back to them I still have not got the replacement. They have not answered my latest email asking when they propose to despatch it. They have them in stock according to their website.
In my view, they are the worst company it has ever been my displeasure to deal with. Total crap. Avoid like the plague is my advice to anyone thinking of dealing with them. >:( >:(
