They are too slow in sending the DVDs out, so I cancelled my membership.
It does work out much cheaper though, I guess I just thought I`d get a lot more DVDs that I did. I got 10 in one month which works out at less than a £1 / DVD.

I used them for a few months and never had any problems them. Although Jim is right - they are a little slow at sending out DVDs.

Are they bollox. This is probably down to your inability to stack up a decent queue of films (get 10 in your list, at least).
I`ve been with these guys since last year, and can`t fault them. Send the discs back, and two days later a new `un appears. Log on every Monday to add the new releases to your queue (and promote them to number one choice).
You lightweights...

I use MailboxMovies.com and they are really good. I haven`t had one problem yet. I have a list of about 25/30 films and their turnaround is really fast (ie send a film back on Tuesday morning and receive new ones on Thursday. They have just increased their price (which is a shame) but at £13.97 for 2 films at one time they still real good.
Before that I was using DVDOptions and they were (in my case) useless. I had a few films that were damaged, turnaround was slow (despite a long list)
This is my opinion and I know that some people may disagree.

I would post a DVD back on the Monday, and not receive my next one til the Friday. In my opinion that is slow.
