Sorry about the inconvenience we have caused you.I am led to believe that we have resent everything to you and please keep the original discs as well.In addition I have instructed accounts to also refund your money in full.We genuinly do not wish to have any unhappy customers so please accept our sincere apologies.

Many thanks for your kind gesture , the thing that made me unhappy more than anything was what seemed like a lack of consideration towards customers but this is obviously not the case as you have pulled out all the stops and more to resolve the problems and perhaps what I experienced was genuinely a one off .
