has any one bought anythng from http://scancom.co.uk/ ?

has any one seen the deals at http://scancom.co.uk/
they seem too good to be true. are they?
some of the offers do seem OUT OF THIS WORLD and UNREALISTIC.
ie. buy a mobi and sim and they refund the cost of the line rental for the year.
even on the new colour screen phones - and they throw in a camera and mp3 player etc.
this can`t be for real......can it???
should i trust them??

what do u think fellow bargain hunters....these deals surely can`t be too good to be true - or can they.

Well, I never used scancom.co.uk but I have tried mobilesmadeeasy.co.uk where they have the deal that refund the cost of the line rental when you take out a SIM card only one year contract (no mobile handset included). So far, I was able to get back my line rental but they never did set up their account to automatically credit the money to me every month like they said they would. I had to e-mail them every 3 months and get my 3 months line rental through a cheque. Perhaps they are trying to get away with not returning the money if people are not bothered to bug them for it.
Anyway, they can afford to return the line rental cause they get to keep the subsidies for new phones from the mobile service providers. It`s usually a good deal if you don`t want to upgrade your handset. But maybe you have to work a little harder to get back your refund.

I bought a Samsung A300 dual sim card holder. The Item delivered was not an exact match. Ordered the `Fridge`: This was delivered broken. Sent both Items back. Still chasing up refunds. This is since October. Been promise three times my Credit card will be credited. Till this morning it still has not been done.
