Should I check with my "local customs" agency to see if they have my missing disk?!
I`ve been waiting for a disk from Ezy for over 7 weeks and their customer service person suggests I should check my local customs agency to see if they have the disk!
Is this likely? Why would they keep it?
Should I just tell them I`ve checked and it isn`t there?
Thanks,
Ross.
ps. has anyone else had a disk go missing from Ezy? Do they send out another one?

I`d imagine that it`s most likely to just have got lost on it`s way from Australia - I doubt if customs would be sitting on it (unless it`s a "naughty" title, or an expensive one) - either way, you`d hear about it.
Ezy are fine to deal with, so there shouldn`t be a problem getting a replacement/refund arranged.
Dazza.

I also would like to know ezydvds attitude to missing discs.I have e-mailed them twice about a disc that was posted 6 weeks ago,and i keep getting a standard reply about checking at customs,i am sure customs would have contacted me by now if they had it.this is the first time this has happened with ezydvd i usually get discs after about 4-6 days after been posted.how long will they give me until they send another disc or give a refund?

They now seem to make you wait around 8 weeks, although I have seen threads here and on other forums saying you now need to threaten you will go to your CC company for a refund before they will do anything.
