If a site says its secure but does not show the padlock and it doesnt say "https" in the address bar would it be still secure to buy from, the site in question is liquid cds

Right Click > Properties > Certificates
Would seem so. Doesn`t fill you with confidence though the fact that they dont have a padlock or https.
