One of the few times I've clicked on an advert on facebook, as genuinely interested in the product advertised :)
they were simpler times, not sure how many hours I spent on that on my Amstrad, saving just before cup final, so i could load the save if i lost and hope for a worse opponent next time :)

it's easier to spend a couple of quid to get it for my phone or PC, than the hassle of getting into my parents loft to find the cpc6128, find somewhere to set that all up, and then find the tape or disk it's on :) I don't even want to contemplate something not working, or the disappointment on the kids faces when they see what I've spent ages setting up, and if on tape waiting 10 minutes for it to load :(

I bought this the other day, it's hard to imagine I used to spend an entire afternoon sat in front of the computer playing it, it's so simple, hardly any choices to make, very little in your control.
having said that, it sort of makes it a great mobile game. Star Wars Galaxy of Heroes I can spend hours on, usually when i just went to quickly do something ;)
this however, you have 5 mins to kill, so you can open it up,
select your team, watch the match highlights, choose whether you bid on the player available, choose whether you want to transfer any players, pick your team, watch highlights.
that's it. I'll be honest, I did a little Tim Henman fist pump first goal "I" scored :)
4th division Southampton 3rd in league but won the FA cup in my first season, so now on my second season, turned up the difficulty one level, top of the league, and still in the cup, got knocked out of European cup though :(
