I'm pulling my hair out now can somebody please help resolve this issue.
A couple of weeks ago I upgraded from Win 7 to Win 10, Had no problems with any installed programs.
Tonight I tried to login to my Steam account and any windows that open are just black boxes (see below), I've used Steam since the upgrade without any issues but tonight I can't see any text as the windows are completely black.
I've uninstalled and reinstalled Steam with no joy :(

try this:
1 - Create a steam.exe shortcut
2 - Left click shortcut icon > shortcut tab > add -no-cef-sandbox at the end of the Target (should be a space between the last character and the -no-cef-sandbox)
3 - Hit Apply and OK, profit.
My shortcut looks like this:
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\Steam.exe"
