Page 1 of Internet Explorer Problems

I`ve just bought a new computer running vista with the latest version of Internet Explorer.
I`ve experienced a few little niggly problems that i`d like to sort out.
1)Everytime i open a new tab, a `warning` dialog box pops up, that won`t let me click on any other link until i click ok`, There is a box you can click which says `don`t show me this message again` but it always does show you it again.
I think this first started happening after i downloaded anti spyware software. Is there any way i can get rid of this?
2)When i open a new tab is it possible for it automatically go to google (my preferred homepage) instead of a blank page. (i`d also like to do this with firefox)
3)When i first started using IE, it would often crash unexpectedly, making me lose all my open tabs, it said that the reason was the flash add on, i tried disabling that and it hasn`t crashed since, the only problem is that i can`t view websites like youtube anymore.
4)This problem relates to above, if it does crash again, is it possible to automatically save the open tabs like firefox does and give you a chance to restore your session?
Thanks in advance.
All your problems can be solved with one answer
Ditch IE and use Firefox ;) :)

To do this in Firefox *middle-click* or CTRL+click on the Home icon. You can also do the same for the Back and Forward buttons and other things.

Why are you even attempting to use IE...? :D

I do mostly use firefox, but i need another web browser for certain sites. ie. to have 2 hotmail accounts open.
I know there`s alternatives to IE, but i don`t actually find it that bad. Apart from the problems i mentioned of course!
I think if you use the IETab extension it`ll let you use one Hotmail account in FF and one in IETab - since basically it opens IE in FF but without any of the annoyances.
