HOW DO TURN STANDARD MP3 THATS ON DISK /ON MY PC / TO NORMAL IPOD TUNES WITH OUT GOING ON I TUNES
SO WHEN THEY ARE DONE JUST NEED TO UPLOAD THEM#

This might work!
Select add folder or file from itunes FILE menu
Show it where the song/songs r!
iTunes might covert it and add it into itunes!

if you don`t use the consolidate feature (ie, automaticaly adds any music into the itunes library folder on the pc) then select a "main" folder to keep all your music etc in, easier to organise that way.

& do as the magician says :)
