Got 3 phones to unlock, can somebody help, is there a clip I can buy to unlock or something please?

seems you would be better off going to your local phone shop and getting a cable unlock for about a tenner

Are you sure they arent unlocked already? A friend of mine was in carphone warehouse a couple of weeks ago asking about the pink lg chocolate, she was told that when you buy one ( on pay as you go) they are already unlocked.

Think the chocolate is one of the newer "non unlockable" models like the N80. you cant unlock it using clips or codes. you will need to ask the service provider to do it. AFAIK, a spend of over £30 on a virgin PAYG phone in a year will qualify you for a free code - but I might be wrong in this.

This works all the time for me........

To Unlock KG800/LG Chocolate
1. Insert sim from the network that it is locked to.
2. Turn on phone
3. On home Screen, Slide up phone
4. Type 2945#*#
5. ENG. Mode menu should appear
6. Go Down to Factory Reset Select it, may take a few minutes to reset!!!!!
7. This will reset the phone back to before the Phone was locked to a network
8. The phone will automaticaly Restart(Note The Network Logo At start up will not change)
9. Now insert Any simcard(Not tested with 3 sims)and the phone should turn on normaly
10. The phone is now unlocked and you can customise the setting as you like.
