burning mds/mdf files

cirdan (Elite) posted this on Tuesday, 13th June 2006, 04:00

i have used alcohol120% to mount the file and it runs fine but i wanted to put it onto a dvd. when i tried using nero and having it as a data file it said that as one of the files was over 2gb there maybe problems in reading it. so i was wondering if this would be ok or is there another way.

ive had a quick look at alcohol120% and it does mention burning but ive only used it once and must have got lucky then as it worked first time.

cheers.

Alcohol 120% is DVD burning software I use that for burning .mdf images I wouldn`t trust Nero with that.

Run Alcohol and click "Image Burning Wizard" on the menu, should be pretty self explanatory from there!!

i just open alcohol & drag the files into the window them right click, select burn wizard, works every time, nero allways seems to have trouble with them.
