Page 1 of Transferring video files to my SD card.

I have a couple of video files i want to put onto an sd card to watch through my Nokia 6680 but when I transfer the files onto the card and then put it onto the phone it either doesnt show up at all or doesnt seem to recognise the file format. Any ideas on how I can change these files into a format that the sd card will recognise?? ta

It has to be a 3gp or mpeg4 file
Video Studio 9 does it but you have to buy the plug in
which is about 15 quid

it should also play .rm files (mobile realplayer)
