e2save - has anyone had their 1st month 60 quid back yet?

HaGGis! (Elite) posted this on Tuesday, 28th June 2005, 17:54

this lot aren`t giving me much of an impression... first they say I`m getting double mins then I`m not.. Orange give me double mins one month then not the next.. plus .. I didn`t get half price line rental as promised... now there is no sign of the first cashback .. had an email from them stating technical difficulties.. that was 3 weeks ago...

If i hadn`t sold the bloody samsung s*** 500 I would cancel the contract and go direct through orange..

This will now be month 2 effectively for me - Thanks for reminding me to chase this up.

I`ve had 6 months line-rental refund. Needed 1 email to chase them up.

Sent off for the refund on our 2nd phone and got a Text confirming receipt in a couple of days. Should get the cheque in the next 3 weeks.

Sounds like you`re on a different deal, but so far e2save have kept their part of the baragin with me.

I bought two Samsung D500`s on contracts back in April (30th), still havent received my first £60 cash back, they just keep telling me ring them up in a fortnight! Had to hold on the phone for a good 20mins! I wished I never took out the two contracts! What a nightmare!
