I`m with V21, they`re generally pretty good, and as they are a small firm their customer service tends to be better than a big impersonal company. At the moment they are pretty busy because they`ve introduced the cheaper price, and because more people are now able to get broadband, but I`ve had no real problems in the last few months. I think I remember one outage the whole time I`ve been with them. One big plus is their own forum, frequented by the help staff. This is also quite often more useful than the service status page, as other members post their problems and solutions.

I noticed their prices were really chaep at the moment. Really its between them and Supanet as there 1Mb connection is really cheap. How much was your connection and modem for V21. Thanks for your advise

I`ve been with them a while, so didn`t pay the new prices. I think I paid between 60 and 70 quid for connection, and my monthly payments were £19.99. I bought ebuyers cheap modem router, you don`t have to have V21`s one. They put the prices down around the middle of september to £16.99, so I moved onto their new network and it seems to be ok. The reason it is cheaper is they are apparently using Telefonica instead of BT. They are still in the transition between the two, but I think once it`s completed fully they`ll be pretty good.
