Page 1 of Splitting up MP3`s

does anyone now of any software, that will split wav or mp3 files down into smaller segements and seperate tracks?? e.g. so i could put a 20 sec mp3 of part of a song on my phone..

Audacity, free, from here. It is a fiddly job (unless you find an easier way to do it, please let me know), but it is a brilliant programme.
