Anyone else have one?, found it to be a very good card on par with my 9800se all in wonder. one thing i tried was the overdrive feature but didn`t gain much in the way of a speed increase for 3dmark. Anyone else use this? or leave it running full time

hi there havent tried the 9600 myself going up to 9800pro but found out the 9800se is nearly the same cardas your 9600xt

I bought a 9600XT (256MB) about 6 months ago, mainly for programming DirectX as I play very few games on my PC. While I`ve not used Overdrive, I`ve been extremely pleased with the card`s 3D/DirectX performance in general and have not found myself wanting for more. It`s a good quality card and I`ve yet to really push it to its limits. :-)
What are you using the card for?

Using it mainly for general stuff, do a few games but really into video capture and editing at the moment, and have a seperate capture card for that, but wanted a good card that will last for a while. Been very impressed with the results so far. I have been running the card with overdrive switched on for several days with no ill effects, have been rendering some videos so not noticed an increase with games but will gauge later and let the forum know if any increase. :)
