Went into local orange shop today to enquire about this phone but was told they were putting back the release of this phone as it failed quality control or something, why is it available on other networks,
Really wany one of these but not if it means having to keep sending it off to be repaired all the time...

When I wanted a 6310i, I had to wait till all other networks had it on theirs first, before I could upgrade.
I guess the quality control issues are done by Orange on the cheap, ie if it works for everyone else it must be ok for us!

tbh i`ve had my 6230 for well over a month now and had no probs whatsoever, in fact it`s as resiliant as all my other nokia`s have been, ie very very tough indeed :) i also know 4/5 people who got the same phone on my recomendation none have had any probs, best phone i`ve had in ages :) a gadjet freaks heaven.

May just have to go ahead and order ir, problem is I require a tariff wit ALOT of free texts, which is why I wanted to go with the online orange contract.
Looks like I may have to stoop to going back with O2 online, if there is something wrong with the phone is it really worth stooping to possibly the worst company I have ever dealt with?
