Is anyone aware of any problems with their website, I cannot refresh any of the profiles using the Internet Database Connection, I keep getting the error:- Unable to download file. Any ideas anyone?

Me too, I also cannot access my online connection. There is a similar thread in the General Forum describing this exact problem...I`m sure it will sort itself out soon.
