Okay, grab a pen...

File > Import and Export >

The `Import and Export Wizard` opens, select `Export to a File`.

Click Next,

On the `Export to a File` box select `personal folder file(.pst)

Click Next

This `Export Personal Folders` box is where you select what you want to back up, make sure to tick the `include sub-folders` check box if user`s have sub-folders they want to keep. You can select as many or as few folders as you want to back up.

Click Next

Select where you want to export to, choose a filename and selet how you want to treat duplicates and then click finish.

The .pst file will then be in the location you gave and will contain a backup of a user`s emails, contacts and whatever else you chose to backup. To restore the .pst to Outlook follow the above steps but choose import from a .pst.

Good Luck

Nick
