Don't hate me, but I'm genuinely enjoying Coping Mechanism by Willow (as in Smith). I never would have given it a second thought, but happen to be in Fopp on Shaftsbury avenue on Sunday (another theatre trip) and it was playing in the background. I browsed long enough to hear 2 tracks and was intruiged enough to ask the girl with the big glasses behind the counter who as playing. With a look of genuine surprise she showed me the case, but I had the wrong glasses on so couldn't focus on the almost indiscerable text on the spine, so just asked to buy a copy straight away. I've had it on in the car ever since and I'm happy with my decision to go in blind. She's really bloody good.
