I have always like the KoL and have just recently downloaded some stuff off their new album.. I like what I got, but it all sounds a bit over-produced to me, and a bit stadium rocky.. do you think that most bands - once they get a bit of money behind them - for producers etc - go a bit U2ey...?
I noticed it with the Killers.. mind you I only heard a couple of singles off their new one.. Even so, as far as I am concerned, this equals a trend..

Me I love the KOL, think they`re the best band around. Got there new Album last month in advance, its a bit different to the others but once you listen to it a second time you`ll be hooked. I dont think they have gone the way of most bands around and i hope they don`t.

Yeah have the whole album, its good, all songs are good well except Charmer for me, bit weird but i`ll prob get round to liking it. Fans is good also `The Runner` and Arizona. My mates went over to see them in Lincoln in feb (i`m from Dublin) but i couldnt go as i ws watchin Liverpool v Barca in Spain, they said it was the best gig ever, i`ll get to see them in july at the Oxygen festival here. Can`t wait!
