Jimbo was having the same problem, but had assumed it had been the fact he had got the maps off Ogster. (They were working for Ogster though)
I haven`t downloaded them yet, so can`t check out mine.

i`ll try again in a minute, but they where working fine, did you download the new face of maps ? if you didnt, then it won`t let you access the elite part, untill you integrate the maps.
EDIT= i can confirm all the new maps are working on my MAD-Recruiting psn id, comes up as
collection 2 DLC & Face off Maps..

OI Ste... quick question... Do i smell ? only every time i join a game with you, you jump out & start a private "invite only" match lol ??? happened 3 times recently :(

RE: Modern Warfare 3.... Who`s in, & who`s out :)
mate... since i`ve moved onto sky fibre i`ve had no end of problems
with matchmaking.
i was on monday night with a couple of the lads and it kicked me out
of the lobby after each game had finished. they had to invite me
time and time again.
if i invited them, either they couldn`t join me or the game ping would
start at 100ms onto 125ms... quite bizarre really.
if i play on my own, i regularly get into 50ms games, start wiping the
floor with everyone then MW3 starts to introduce that stupid lag
compensation and everything goes as laggy as ****.
testing my ping on my laptop, i get 14 to 17ms which is pretty good.
downstream is approx 38Mbps and upstream about 8.5Mbps.
NAT is wide open as my PS3 IP is in my routers DMZ.

tbh, i never needed to alter any router settings (ever) on any of my BB setups, including, sky BB o2 BB ntl/virgin, i actually run the ps3`s connection over an old 85mbps homeplug connected directly into the virgin media "not so super" superhub :(only gets around 5mbps but ping is unaffected so it`s plenty for positional exchange in gaming, ping is allways the big deal for that, * the lag compensation thing is just ****, it basically uses that game to level everyone, so the first games rubbish, if all the same players stay in for the next round & the same player continues to host it, then it improves a lot, but that never happens as people jump in & out of games, & it starts all over again :/ great for creating a level playing field in clan matches or competitions..
how long have you had your sky fibre installed ? i`ve been told that the very new fibre lines (ie, still rolling out to new customers in that bundle area) it can take around 3 weeks to settle down & get real stable, this was from a guy on the modern Warfare forums saying that, so throw a pinch of salt with it.. i dont think it`s the raw speed giving you problems, more like unstable ping throwing the servers out (this can even set of cheat warnings at the server )

hi mate,
I`ve had it since the beginning of june.. so it`s all settled and everything.
I`m thinking of getting one of those billion bipac routers like miles has...
a lot of the people on the sky user forums are raving about them...
trouble is, they`re about 120 quid :(
