When I play a R1 disc throught a scart cable to my vcr it`s in b &w. R2 is ok. In the setup menu if I chage the video settings from auto to pal it plays, but very jerky ! does anyone know how to solve this

is your telly new or old.maybe its not ntsc compatible.i might be wrong but its a possibility.mines set on auto and its fine.put it on pal and your right.jerky picture.

the tv is about 3 years old, but it plays fine on the tv via scart it`s when i try and backup the dvd that the vcr records in b& w. the macro is off because R2 and Region all backup in colour ????????????
