Anybody know if you can access the root menu to the ADL 528?
I have a couple of vcd`s that wont play on my 528, but will play on a friends Dansia by going thru the root menu. Thanks.

i get into the menu by pressing 7,6 and then the `SEL` button when the player is on the Cyberhome graphic srcreen (when turned on without a disk inserted) This takes me into the menu where i can turn the macrovision off and chose regions.

Hope this helps

You say you can turn off the Macrovision by pressing 7, 6 and then the "SEL" button.

What is the "SEL" button, do you mean the setup button. If so I tried that and it does not access either the multi region or the macrovision.
Using the 1,9,9,9 hack described in other threads will access the multi region hack but not the Macrovision!

What am I doing wrong??
