I`m looking into buying this player. What are peoples opinions of it?
I had a Hitachi 305 but that caused me a few problems. Half way through movies, at random points, the picture would pixellise and it would say the disc couldn`t be played. There was no dirt on the disc and it really baffled me because it did it at random points.
Cheers

I bought one for myself for X-mas, and I`m "very" happy about it: Pros: - It plays VCD, photoalbum made from jpg-pictures in WinOnCD - It plays MP3`s though only 8 character names and only 1 sub-directory. - 2 scarts CONS: - The ones with the new bios can NOT be made Regional free, as far as I know.
Conclusion: I need a regionfree dvd-players so I`m therefore trading mine in for a Pioneer 444.
