Problems with Sharpe TU-R160HA

I have had this for about a week. I have noticed that about once every evening it does not respond to the remote and I have to unplug from mains then power up and then its OK. Also a few times I have the sound but no picture only the channel info and I have to unplug and power up to correct. I am thinking of taking it back. It has the V 6.7 software. Any one else had this.
