Page 1 of Logix 3000 and the rom upgrade

May I ask if every Logix 3000 has a flash-rom upgrade device please? My reason for asking is that I downloaded the 2.6 from the Scan site, burned it onto a CDRom, followed the instructions, but when I switch on the Power for the writing bit, nothing happened at all. It just said `No Disk.` So I am wondering if there is no Upgrade device in my machine?

One further question please. Should there be anything on the burned romother than Tdvd-000.rom

No not all fo them, what firmware is on the player at the moment?

I have no idea? How can I find out? I think that I have a `out of date` Logix 3000 and may have to buy a new DVD Machine?

The Instruction manual does not indicate that I do have a upgradable machine?
