ON MY LECSON 900 AND I TRIED TO USE THE A PHONO LEAD FROM THE VIDEO 1 OR THE VIDEO 2 OUTPUT TO THE VIDEO INPUT OF MY TV. THE QUALITY OF THE PICTURE WAS VERY VERY POOR. I TRIED WITH A LEAD THAT CONVERTS A SCART PLUG TO PHONO PLUGS AND THAT WORKS FIND.
CAN SOMEBODY PLEASE ADVISE WHY I GET SUCH POOR QUALITY PICTURES FROM THE VIDEO 1 OR VIDEO 2 OUTPUT.
WHAT DOES `ENG` MEAN WHEN YOU LOOK AT THE AUDIO OPTIONS MENU
Ian,
Your question is better asked on the Hardware Forum, or better still as a continuation to your original thread in September, which doesn`t seem to have been answered:

Incidentally, net etiquette is to keep the caps lock key firmly "off" as some people construe capital letters to be shouting !!
Just as a quick tip - you say Video Inout 1 and 2 - are you referring to SCART sockets ? And I would imagine that "ENG" means English language in the audio options menu.
Hope you get a reply, mate - three months is a long time to wait for a reply, isn`t it !

Many thanks for your advise and I apologise for infringing `net etiquette`.
The video In/outs I am having problems with are the phono type sockets, the ones that come out via the scart work fine.
thanks
Ian
Are you refering to the composite out? If so i have no problems with mine. I would add that i think the Lecson has quality issues as i`m on my third and it is away to be repaired!
