IS THE DECCA A DANSAI

I was in Powerhouse and noticed the similarities between the Decca DDV2110 and my Dansai 852 and the remote controls are identical. Does anyone know if these are the same machine??? If they are it might help those poor soles that can`t get hold of a Dansai, and they have just dropped the price to £109.99.

Do they have a return policy ??, you could take one home and try it.
I have seen a Decca one for sale in my local TV store the symbols on the bottom of the box look the same as on my Dansai`s box, they are selling it for £169.99 !!

Just a thought !?

Just bought a Dansai for myself and a Decca for my son , far as I can see
they are the same machine , slightly different front end , but the remotes are exactly the same and the region hack worked flawlessly on both machines. Paid £99.49 at Tesco for the Dansai and £109.99 for the Decca at Powerhouse.
