Hello Everyone

Anyone any idea which DVD Recorders offer the facility to edit out advertisement etc. after recording movies from the TV please, and which of them will record digital, when the time comes to change from analogue?

I`ve said this a few times here before, if you can, pay the extra & get one with a built in hard drive.
Record to the hard drive, edit out the crap, then burn to disc.
How about a Panasonic DMREX77 built in freeview as well
or for a quite a bit less, here is a cheapo one, but no freeview, but freeview boxes cost under £20

Thank you very much pat-w, that sounds exactly right.

I already have a Panasonic DMR-E85H which I bought a couple of years ago. It has done sterling service and has never let me down yet. It is a delight to use but I think maybe that I should upgrade to a newer version. When I bought it, it was £450.00p, but has been worth it.
