Connect DVD player to TV/home cinema?? Please help.

Just purcahsed a Onn entry level Hdmi Dvd player. I have a HD ready LCD Tv plus a Yamaha VS10 home cinema (old i know). How best should i connect them all?? any help appreciated.

HDMI lead to TV, digital audio lead to home cinema input.
