Do you mean ones with a screen?

Tiny do one for about £500 which got a good review but has a 4:3 screen not widescreen. It`s also multi-region

I bought the Tiny badged one, and am very happy with it. The screen maybe 4:3 but it is 6.8" diagonal, so when it plays widescreen letterboxed, it still looks good. Tha Li-ion battery gives a good 3+ hours of playing and can be re-charged at anytime without having to worry about `memory` problems associated with other battery technology.
I have run this player through my projector, comparing it to my Pioneer 505 DVD player and it stands up quite well. There is some slight blocking of wide areas of sky for example, but the colour & contrast is good. This same player is sold under the makers name `Afreey` for £800+ so at £500 it`s a bargin.
