Page 1 of Which speaker system for my LG 3350

I got a LG 3350 DVD player with a builtin Decoder. Could yo please tell which 5.1 speaker system is good ( budget less than 200£) and how to fit that? I am very new to DVDs. Many thanks in advance

Fitting - the speaker system will probably come with most of the leads you need (speaker cable, etc) - depending if you get one with decoder (i.e. the JBL), you will be able to link either your optical or coax output from the player to the amp/decoder. Alternatively, you will need a 6 phono lead connector to run from DVD to amp. Most of the all in one systems like the Novatech and Bush have the amp built in to the sub.

All should be pretty straight forward.

The output is excellent. One more doubt, Is there any problem if I keep the Subwoofer ( JBL ESC 333) or its spekers near to my TV? Will it make harm to my TV ?

Check the specification to see which speakers are magnetically shielded - at the very least the centre should be. If they are not, try and keep them around 1m away - that seems to be the golden rule!

I don`t have a manual for this. The manual was missing. Can I download the manual for JBL ESC333 ?

There are enough people on this forum who must have bought these for one of them to photocopy theirs and send it to you if you ask nicely - I`d start a thread if I were you!
