I`m no techspert, but I`d suggest a little more info to play around with.

What make of TV? Is it when watching a DVD, using a digibox or just all the time, etc etc?

The only thing I can think of if it`s a standard CRT TV is that it`s in need of a serious case of degaussing.

My TV is only 3 or 4 years old, but needs to be degaussed by removing the mains for 30 minutes or so.

It is a Beko widescreen (not flat panel).
Last night it was fine, came home from work and turned on TV today and everyone was green. played back some recorded programmes from the DVDR, same thing. I played around with the colour settings but no joy.
Havent seen any commands to degauss.

Thanks for any help

Similar thing happened on my Philips 32" CRT, except everyone turned blue. The set was only just over 2 and a half years old so I got someone in to look at it. But the upshot of it was, it was basically "knackered" and the guy said this happens a lot with Philips tvs and to stear clear of them...

I know this doesn`t help you though - but be prepared for the worst, just in case.... :(

Usually, if it`s a CRT, that`s a sign that the tube has gone. It is indeed officially knackered. There`s no repairing it (well, not a cost effective solution anyway), so it looks like a trip to Comet is in order!

Sorry me old. Beko TV`s aren`t of the best quality, and I would imagine it was pretty cheap, so maybe when all`s said and done you got what you paid for?

On the plus side you`ve now got some weight to argue with the missus for a better budget for a new telly. If you are after a normal CRT TV (as I would be) there are some great bargains to be had all over the place on top branded stuff. A mate of mine has just bought a 28" Toshiba from Empire Direct with Freeview included for £300. £300!!!

HD be off with you!
