iam a bit thick wot is a region 1&2 will it play copied vcd please help tired the hack but cannot get it to work am i doing something wrong????

the proline 1000 only has a single laser you need a twin laser dvd player
to play cdr`s or cdwr`s

insert a region 1 dvd in tray don`t close it press on remote 0,1,2,3 play thats it
