I`ve got an all-in-one Panasonic Home Cinema and it hasn`t got an optical input :( . Is there any other way/connection so you can get DD5.1 sound on Sky Plus...?
Cheers! :)

you need a optical output from your system for sky+ if you have a coaxial output i belive you can buy a converter that will convert a coaxial out to optical

Assuming that the SKY+ box has an optical output and the Panasonic system has a co-axial input, this little gizmo will get you out of trouble:

At £19.99 it won`t break the bank, either.
Check the Panny has a digital input first though, or you could be wasting your money.
