Page 1 of jvc drmh20

I am having problems with this machine, it keeps saying unreadable disc check disc.
some days it might play a disc with no problem then it wont.

I have already had this machine replaced by JVC (only last wednesday).
Its does not look like its a new machine they have sent so Im a bit annoyed about that.

Any clues anyone, is this perhaps a common fault?
