you will need a step down transformer,cos they have a different voltage from us,they usually cost about £60,any local computer shop,
that deals in imported consoles , will have one,be warned some of em heat up very very quick ,i paid £70 for my jap psx 2 ,one
last year and it was boiling after half an hour, never leave them on for lenghty times ,or over night ,maybe try and buy a reasonable one,
maybe a bit expensive,that may not heat up too quickly, tandy usually sell them too ,if you have one near you,and also a scart connection,
for your psx2, thats all you need m8.
