-Ram to -R with LG

GJF (Competent) posted this on Thursday, 11th August 2005, 10:06

I have a Pan DMR-ES10 and I have just purchased a LG GSA4163b for my computer. Can anyone tell me if it is possible to put my edited RAM discs onto my computer and then make a -R copy with my LG. What software do I need other than the Nero that came with the LG.

Hi GJF,

I use TMPGEnc DVD Author to convert my DVD-RAM recordings to DVD-R on my PC.

See here for more details.

I now have the LG installed and have TMPGEnc DVD Author 1.6 installed. (I could not find the guide of doom 9 on the doom 9 site). I managed to put the contents of a -RAM disc onto the hard drive but after I had transfered the image onto a -R disc and then tried to play it back on the Panasonic it displayed unsupported. Any help appreciated
