Page 1 of LG3200. Is there anything better?

For £140 from Richer Sounds, this seems like a good buy. My parents (god bless!) have one and it`s more than adequate for a mere Student like myself! However for 130-180 quid, is it the best I can get.
B.T.Way - RCE, multi region compatible (without the all4one handset tomfoolery!) is more important than the DTS out or whatever! Sound is not that important as it`s only my TV speakers its coming from!

Are Tesco still doing the LG3000E? Around the same money, but uses a better version of the chip in the 3200 (same chip as the 3350). Check out

I`ve had an LG3200E and loved it but took it back as it couldn`t play CD-R and CD-RW disks plus no macro disable. I`ve now got a Cyber Homes ADM512 £120 from Richer sounds. You either buy the upgrade/downgrade disk to make multi region and macro disable, or you burn one yourself if you have a writer, it`s easy. The picture quality is better and isn`t dark like the LG`s and I`ve not notice any difference in the sound quality. All the info is on this page http://www.cyberhome-help.de/cyberhome_english.php4. Good luck I spend 3 weeks choosing my player and I`m very happy with it, also checkout DVD buyer magazine there`s a buget review in it the Cyber home gets 8/10 as there`s wasn`t a multi region player.
