Like yer opinions on the Sherwood RVD6095?

Im thinking of purchasing a Sherwood RVD6095 amp to replace my ageing sony DPL amp.
I`m aware of the problems that the sherwood has, namely the volume source problem.
I`d like to hear how other people have gotten on with this amp?
and also any places where i might purchase it from (in the UK)
cheapest ive seen is richersounds fro £199.95?

I recently bought one as a present for my folks. Although I only played with it for a couple of days, it seemed pretty good, especially for £200. Both Dolby Digital & DTS decoding was fine. Yes, the volume problem can be annoying, but once you get used to it you forget about it. Tip... when you first get it go through all the different surround modes / inputs, and set them at a `reasonable` (whatever that is to you) level. It`s not the most powerful amp in the world, but for an everyday room there was more than enough `umph`.

PS - Got it from Richer Sounds, £200, but I think their customer service has gone downhill, or is it just related to the amount you`re spending!?
