Hi,
I have had this player Philips LX-3000D for just under 2 years now. It has suddenly decided to play, but with NO sound, this is usually preceeded by all the speakers getting a spike and all in the household jumping out of their skins and swinging off the light fittings. I know the easy solution is to beat the machine senseless, but my new years resolution is to try to be calm in the face of adversity. Can any of you kind folk offer any help or suggestions?.
