New Portable DVD Player Needed...

AoN (Harmless) posted this on Thursday, 2nd December 2004, 11:17

Hi,

My Goodmans GDVD67LCD portable DVD player has gone wrong and is un-repairable (but I`m getting a refund as it is no longer made). It was good while it lasted and I need a replacement, but it needs to be about the same width (for fitting in the car)

Does anyone know whether the Shinco 7" SDP-1720A portable DVD or the MUSTEK PL407 PORTABLE DVD player are any good.

Any help or suggestions of others would be appreciated (it would be handy if it could easily be made multi region) and the ability to work in the car without jumping at every bump is essential (I don`t think the Goodmans ever jumped).

Thanks.

Virgin Megastores have one for about £150 7" W/S yada yada yada....

Looks like it will take the Cyberhome portable hacks (Unconfirmed) as the chassis looks the same.
