Anyone recommend a centre speaker that is good for dialogue? I find myself strainging to hear talking on films with the current one I`ve got (Mordaunt Short). Looking to spend £100 - £200.

The problem may not be your centre speaker, but the way you have it set up.

Most AV amps let you adjust the volume of individual speakers. Try setting the centre speaker a bit higher than the others

I had the same thing, bought a mission m3c2 nice looking speaker and sound is good.

As said earlier it is set to +5db higher than the front speakers.

Here it is

Another tip is to play music tracks, it all sounds a bit better if you have left the radio playing all day.

All the best

Ger.
