:) Help, my daughter has a Phillips 634 that has suddenly developed a fault, ever time you put a disc in the message "No Disk" comes on the display.
Any ideas why and even better how do I fix it.

3 Questions:

1. How old is the player?
2. Can it play CDs?
3. Have you tried cleaning the lens?

If its an old player and it can still play CDs and not DVDs then it will be the laser unit going as DVD players have two lasers, one to play DVDs and another to play CDs.

If thjat is not the case, try cleaning the lens.

3. Yes, but it made no difference

Sorry for the late reply.
