First time DVD player buyer needs help!!!

biggy (Harmless) posted this on Wednesday, 21st February 2001, 05:47

I am looking for either an all in one set (home cinema set) or an Amp and DVD player that can accomodate specific needs:

I need one that has an optical out, so i can record MiniDiscs from CDs.
I need to be able to playback the MiniDiscs thru phono cables.
I need it to be small, i bought a small (mini-size) MD deck, Sony MDS-S40
Id like it to be DTS, but dont mind if its only 5.1
I need it to be able to be moded to all regions.

Can anyone help me???

Price is not a problem.

thanks

get a himage from richer sounds (£110)
does all from above apart from the dts and optical output. but if you want to record to a minidisc player just get a phono to headPhone jack adapter.its also macrovision free, and plays two little games.
