having problems playing interactive dvd games on matsui dvd110

Please help me I am having problems playing any interactive dvd games on my matsui dvd110 it keeps freezing and not only that I cant even use the left, right, up or down buttons to scroll any games I like to play can anyone suggest to me how to solve this problem as any other dvds or cds I can use with no problems.
