Cheaper DVD player with headphone socket.Any Suggestions ???Thanks.

Hi we are after a cheap DVD player for the older nipper with a headphone socket so that he can watch DVd`s when his much younger brother is asleep in the bunk bed below. A fairly quick to come on screen saver would be an advantage too in case he drops off also a fairly quiet drive would be an advantage and a decent picture would be nice as well. Maybe a lot to ask for £30-£40 but any suggestions greatly appreciated so I don`t miss a good one. Thanks. Mark.
